Taiyuan City Facility - Storage and Corproate Office
Longwei owns an ISO 9001:2000 certified, state-of-the-art fuel storage facility that includes 14 storage tanks with a total capacity of 50,000 metric tons (approximately 15 million gallons of diesel) at Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The company also operates a state-of-the-art fuel storage facility that includes 8 storage tanks with a total capacity of 70,000 metric tons (approximately 22 million gallons of diesel) at Gujiao City, Shanxi Province.
Gujiao Facility (new) - Storage & Customer Service
Longwei's new facility in the city of Gujiao has a fuel storage capacity of 70,000 metric tons, which more than doubles the Company's storage capacity to 120,000 metric tons. The Gujiao facility is strategically located in a fast-growing industrial zone, providing a prime marketplace for Longwei's oil. Gujiao, located west of Taiyuan City, is the energy center of coal, coke and electricity in Shanxi Province and in China. The facility allows Longwei to service customers quickly and efficiently in Gujiao and surrounding areas, expanding Longwei's market in the province. The Gujiao oil depot began operations in January 2010.

The project has been approved by Shanxi Province Economic and Trade Committee and meets the regional development planning and national industrial policy requirements. Longwei hopes to complete the Gujiao oil depot in 2009.
